30 Minute Online Relaxation Sessions
We all know how important relaxation and being able to relax is to both our physical and mental health. I emphasise ’being able to relax’ in its true sense, because it is something that many of my clients say they have difficulty doing.
This session is designed to help you with just that. I send you a short form to fill in and from the information there, I will design your relaxation session.
We then arrange a 30 minute session via Zoom or Skype and I will take you through the relaxation session that I have put together for you. I will record the session but will then make you a better quality one that also incorporates any changes that might be advisable based on your feedback.
Then you can listen to your session whenever you want - preferably daily.
